As recommended and advised by your Marketing Officer at departure terminal of Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi, I recharged for Rs. 799 for availing roaming facility during my visit to UK and USA. Details of recharge are as under

But to my utter dismay and surprise, I could not get the facility resulting in innumerable difficulties and problems. It’s really cheating and misguiding the client and that too by a counter managed by Airtel. I am TOTALY disappointed with the way I was taken for a ride by your company.

Now, I request you to refund the amount immediately. Otherwise, the matter will be pursued with appropriate forum for deficiency in service and causing absolute inconvenience to me.
