I purchased an IDEA 3G sim where free 500MB free 3G data was bundled. After consuming approx. 250mb I got a message offer of 1Gb data(not mentioned whether 3G or 2G) for 30 days validity on Rs.74. As soon as the the data pack was purchased, my balance 250 mb 3G data was vanished and the new data has become 2G, As per IDEA customer care the balance 250mb 3G data will no more be available as I have recharged with a new pack. They are also not giving explanation why the offer message did not mention 3G/2G data. I think its a kind of cheating & they should give back my balance 250mb 3G data.
