Since 15 days I have registered my first complain regarding internet not working at home, there’s no resolution provided and they resolve issue without confirmation. till date they registered 4 such complains and mentioned here is the last one still pending. Rude customer care executives call during any time and ask stupid same question every time. I’ve recorded also their rudeness.

Continuously mental torture without any resolution till time. Due to unavailability of service, had to suffer a lot on weekends and after 7 PM during weekdays.

Compensation for mental torture during working hours and waving charges for unavailability of services.
