Sir, Pl refer to complaint No.28363976 dated 06 Feb not yet resolved. More over when I try at 198 throuh Land line, they ask for 10 digit ID or link tele no. while my iptv user id is 10120103824 , which is of 11 digit, while A/C no is 15439768 is 8 digit, Land line No. is 01204236543,ie of 11 digit. and reply comes as wrong number. Please also advise how to approach so called platinum customer care for complaints. Expecting prompt attention to the complaints and the querry.
