Airtel don’t take disconnection request of consumer and after that they keep generating bill for next 3-4months. They did same with me and after that they are doing plenty of calls on which I explain them about their mistake but they keep calling on a daily basis to pay amount for 3-4 months bill. Now they do send threatening mails and also give threatening call. Deepak Sharma from airtel recovery department ask us to do out of court settlement. He said that either you make payment otherwise you’ll face problem of running after court and advocates
We are going through mental harrasement and time wastage because of their extortion business. I need the compensation of this and their extortion business should be stopped. I need action against airtel to save everybody from their extortion business and for me I need compensation of 2 Lakh rupees for such a threatening behaviour.
