Airtel – Microsoft Office 365 License Billing Issues

My name CA Shankar R Agrawal, I had take a Office 365 License under the contract with your Company and our Institute (ICAI) and as per instruction received form customer support I had submitted a PO for the same and Paid in Advance for 3 month. After receiving of 1st bill, i would realised that there is some thing wrong in my billing and I imminently coordinate with Mr Ritesh Kumar (Account Manager) and he gave me assurance that wrong bill would be corrected but till receiving of 2nd bill correction was not down. After that I had follow up for the same to Dharmendra Pati and Chitra Hardikar but no one was able to help me than I had give request for cancellation of the Service. Now It is my humbly request to you that correct the mistake down and give proper treatment to the customer

I want to correct the mistake and penalise the company for non taken of any action.
