Airtel Mobile Balance Deduction

Dear customer care, since last two month my amount has been deducted i don’t know how, i have not taken any services or neither any plan. And i am tried to contact customer care but no one can come, only listening voice recorded and in that no 9 option to talk to customer care, i request you to please reply me by call and if any service has been activated after verification with me kindly close it. And customer satisfaction please open any line to easily talk to any consumer representative.
