Dear Sir, This is to reference with my Airtel Mobile No. 7387640976 I have recharged 78/-Rs.on Dated 04-02 14 at 9.00 pm for the reducing of call rate. I have also received massage of activation but call rate were not reduced. I have complained with Airtel Customer Care twice but there is no response. My Ref . No. Are CWRCH 30207306536 date 07-02 and another toady on date 09-02-14. Please resolve my problem and refund my excess amount.

Failing to elicit response to my complaint within the next 48 hours, I’ll be forced to port to Vodafone one of the best service providers in India.
