Airtel Mobile Balance Deduction – No Customer Care

Dear Airtel service provider I m using our Airtel Prepaid Net work for the past 5 Yrs. First your provide wonderful render service to your customer, now its totally changed your providing more charges for talk time,Reduce Inter Net pack KB & validity date, your take 50 paise for the 1st SMS in a day,then what is the use to put SMS pack? so indirectly you want to recharge your customer frequently. More over i m not get any calls for the past 15 days because signal problem in my office .once i come out from my office i got full tower. i m in chennai Chrompet only pin code 600044.so plan to change my net work in to another net work (Mobile portability). my kind request to you provide good service to customer or else you may loose your customers.
