Airtel deducted the enitre balance for no reason. It is the second time that this has happened. My balance was around 70-80 Rs and also I had some internet balance. In the morning I see that suddenly my balance has gone down to zero, both internet and call / talktime balace. PLEASE HELP ! this is the third time airtel has done it and I am just fed up of it pathetic service.

Airtel Land Line Problems
: My line no 0120-4136101’s out going is not working from last one month. Though I had lodged several complaint at your service center at Additaya Mall Indirapuram but still the problem remained unsolved. Pl. look in to the matter & solve the complaint. In case this complaint is not solved with in 24 hours then I have no option accept I should lodge my complaint to Consumer Court.
