I have requested to activate 3G plan of rs. 99 on my mobile on 9.10.13 in the morning at 10.30am The executive said it is been activated and will get a confirmation . the amount was immediately deducted from my balance of rs 112 but to my surprise the plan was never activated which was not informed neither did i know that it is never been activated i got the recharge done for rs. 500/- on 10.10.13 when i checked my balance an amount of rs. 332 + 99 = 431 was deducted i called up again to check they said the plan was not activated as your previous plan is already active. all my recharge amount was debited without my knowledge and also because of non activation of 3G plan requested earlier on 9.10.13 i called up to check again but the executives were not able to explain and give a valid reason and they disconnected the call i want my balance to be reversed for rs. 431 + 9 rs call charges at the earliest
