Dear Sir, Please be informed that my Airtel Mobile no 813020266X it had balance of 235 INR on 15/8/13.
No usage since then today 16/8/13 balance 0. Please help me resolve this issue. I am a working person and when balance is zero unable to make calls and face problems.
Going through this Forum I find that their is a Huge Number of Mobile Balance Deduction Complaints, you must rectify your billing system as this could be prevalent with other customers as well and they simply don’t have the means to raise their voice on the internet.
