My Reliance India Mobile no is 8287821721 and alternate no is 9555934891. I was using Mobile net on 10th aug and there was net balance but when i checked my balance 100rs was deducted still net balance was available.

I have complained in customer care on 12th aug and customer care executive registered my complain and said that my balance will be deducted within 2 days i got sms on 13 aug tht 3 days has been passed u will not get refund. i was shocked that only 2 days passed how can be 3 days? i have called in customer care then the are saying that their executive has made wrong complain and now complain will not be made. when customer care exec has made wrong complain why i should pay?
