Team, I am using the pre-paid connection for last 8-10 years now and recently plan to go for postpaid number as my other number (Vodafone, Idea) are postpaid. After constant follow up with Airtel online team to avail information on tariff, I ended up on getting information from Panvel centre. I shared my required documents on Saturday, 28th Sept’ 13 and filled form for conversion of prepaid to postpaid service (MNP). However till the date I haven’t received any physical verification from you. Beside when I called on Customer Support, the executive was PATHETIC and was not able to provide information till the last 8th minute.
