I have registered a complaint with Airtel Mobile Services on Feb-17th – Complaint Number 26956046. I must have called a dozen times w.r.t complaint but its still not resolved.
The customer care opened another complaint on 25th Feb 23980870 and when I ask what has happened, they say that backend team is still investigation. How long do they want to investigate a complaint ? In the meanwhile my BILL was generated and they have included all the charges which I had already disputed in the complaint.
Additionally, Airtel tells me Welcome to CareTouch Privileged Customer Access Line and this is the fate. I wonder how are thy treating normal customers. Mr. Sunil Mittal if you function like this, you are sure to start losing customers like me.
