Hi there, I had changed the Airtel Mobile caller tune on 30 oct and the amount was deducted on that very day but the caller tune was not changed. I gave numerous calls at your Charged line of Customer care but they always cut the phone. The same happened today again and the representative was Sohail Khan. I don’t know how such a reputed company is giving these type of services. I have called around 15 times but in Vain. Kindly look into this or I have to move to your higher officials.

Sir, i am kunj bihari from ara & my mobile no. is 9934064641. i take loan facility and i am not use loan balance and my 10 rs balance is debited then i recharge and after that again 12 rs debited from my main balance . please cheak this and return my balance.
