Airtel Mobile Data usage beyond Limit – No Alerts, Heavy Billing

I am using mobile number 0987633834X from last 5 years. I was using net on this number. Due to overusage my bill exceeded my limit on my bill (3700 against 2000). I am ready to pay 2000rs. My complaint is that they haven’t told me by message /call that my data limit has been exceeded, which they usually do. moreover my bill should not exceed my fincance limit on my bill and be deafault my services should be blocked and i should that i will have to pay the limit ammount. One day their executive called me and finalized the ammount. But when i reverted them back that can i get this ammount in written the people back stepped. My phone no. has been permanently disconnected. This doesn’t make any sense.
