Airtel Mobile De-Activated / Disconnected for Non usage

This is the reference to your e-mail 01 March 2014, Regarding activation of my Airtel Mobile number 9818304435 As you have forwarded my complain to concern department and assure me will back within 24 to 48 hrs.But till now i have not received any information. Please look into this?

This is in reference to your email dated 22nd March 2014, regarding the re-activation of services for your airtel mobile number 9818304435.

Airtel regrets the inconvenience you are experiencing in this regard. We would like to inform you that as per your complaint, we have checked our records and found that the services of your above mentioned mobile number has been permanently disconnected with effect from 16 January 2014 due to zero usage for consecutive 90 days. Hence we regret to inform our infeasibility in processing the activation of services
