I recharged my airtel mobile number 8126476xxx wid data plan of 28 rupees which provided me with 110 MB 3g data… i used the data for just 10mins.. then internet connection disconnected with error of not enough balance… i called the customer care service.. they rudely replied that i have used up aal the data amount of 110MB which i did not.

balance of 12 rupees were deducted from my account and the data which i deserved, got vanished…
