Dear Sir/Madam,
As a reference of your bill no.-142951635 dated july24, I received my monthly bill of Rs 4918/- against my mobile no.-9810448497.

In this bill, I have been charged Rs 2161.70/- for mobile internet uses while I was using blackberry unlimited use plan and paying a monthly charge of Rs 971/-per month.If I am using blackberry unlimited internet use plan, why should I pay for and why such charges was not billed me during my previous bills.

Even , I am sure that I have not use my cellphone for download purpose as I am having my laptop for such activities. Till date, I never paid for mobile internet charges and even my monthly bill was not exceeding Rs 3000/- Here, I have attached the concerned bill for your reference and password is njuy.
