HI Team,

I’m writing this mail in a bad situation and with full of frustration hoping this final mail will help me in resolving my issue.

I have taken policy from ICICI PRU LIFE, Policy name :”guaranteed life insurance saving”

Policy NUmber: 17704189 Complaint Reference number: 60129843

Please read my grievance as below:

1.They did wrong sale to me saying i’m eligible for the loan for 3.5lakh with 0% interest after 3 months. when i get back to them they said they are not going to give me loan

2. they said after 7years im going to get the my amount refund of 6.5lackh but it was after 15years this is a fake details they provided to me

3. i clearly said not to cheat me my telling all fake details but thay assured me 100% telling that we will provide loan on my policy

4. i clearly said them my father met with accident i need money so please dont cheat me but with out HUMANITY ICICI IS PLAYING AROUND THE CUSTOMER LIKE US.

5. when i get back to them to cancel my policy they said me this policy is processed from other brokerage people that is “NETAMBIT” so ICICI escaping from this telling we are not responsible for the details which i have received, and im asking them to give the contact information of that NETAMBIT people so i will get the proof but for that also they are not responsible.

6. now they are telling ICICI cant cancel my policy since after 3 months their rules not support but i waited because they promised me that they will give loan only after 3 months so i waited for that period.

NOTE: i request you to take this serious action in ICICI company so going forward they should not cheat any other, but please i requesting you to cancel my policy and refund my amount.

I HAVE TRUST ON THIS AND WRITTEN MAIL HOPING THIS WILL HELP ME. AND UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION THAT I NEED MY AMOUNT BACK 25K is NOT SMALL BUDGET TO LEAVE.its MATTER TO ME IN MY BAD CONDITION.please help me…
