My Bharti Airtel mobile No. is 965001965X I have already cleared by all dues. My mobile no is not working.
1. I am not receiving incoming calls.
2. Outgoing call is also not working.
3. On few occasions yesterday when I contact the customer service at 121 they did not responded properly and always cut down the telephone line. 4. More over the customer care executives are also irresponsible. 5. I Airtel can not provided me proper communication service on the above mobile No. inform me in writing on the above email address so that I will surrender the SIM Card.
