As mentioned in Aitel Official site, I recharged my Airtel mobile (8129524273) for Rs 23(reduced tariff of 10ps/sec for calls to UAE on 10th April). I noticed excess charges for calls made to Dubai(UAE) from 19th. When contacted Customer care, I was informed that my calls are charged @ 12ps/sec as revised from March and excess chrges made can’t be reverted. But their official website even now shows the call charge as 10ps/sec to UAE, Saudi & Bahrain . So it is not my fault. Kindly arrange to get the excess charges reverted.

Airtel Pre-paid Recharge Credit Not Given
On date 27 March 2014 I have recharge by one India for Amount Rs 194 but remaining amount on 27 March 2014 was not added with this. Please look in matter & resolved as early as possible.
