1. PCTL is maintaining the maintenance of Genexx Valley Complex , since inception in 2010 and their quality of maintenance has gone too bad , inspite of we paying high Common area maintenance fees every month and they are not listening to our complaints 2. PCTL is not maintaining the Fire safety norms of Towers . Incase of ny fire , there is no safety as of now. 3. PCTL has sold huge nos of Car parkings illegally by using our common open area of Complex 4. PCTL has forcefully blocked our 2nd entry/exit gate of Complex , for their own interest of shopping mall construction. 5. PCTL is not paying security manpower salary & benefits on time, which is affecting our service badly 6. PCTL is not co-operating with residents by proving valid drawing for Mutation facilitation. We could not do our mutation since last 5 Years

1. PCTL to ensure quality of Maintenance to improve like cleaning, gardening, grass cutting , painting, lift repairs within 24 hrs, install BSNL Intercom in each flats. / Provide all valid documents for for formation of our own association and mutation./ PCTL to release 2nd Gate for Genexx valley residents/ PCTL to complete pending construction works as per sale agreement and project drawings
