I converted my postpaid no.9936467776 to prepaid in august.my sim was blocked n new prepaid sim was alloted. AIRTEL HAS CHARGED RS 899/ ADVANCE RENTAL BY FORCE,my prepaid no. was activated in october’14. mails regarding rectified bill were sent to customer care n nodal officers. Airtel issued a notice through pre litigation district forum for recovery of forced advance rental. i have paid the same but request you to get my amount credited to my pre paid no.9936467776 and ask the company to apologize for such behavior. They do not have any proof where i asked them to renew my advance rental. Airtel does the renewal by Automode and force consumers to pay. I am personally hurt by the legal procedure and shall never be a consumer to AIRTEL. NODAL OFFICERS verbally agreed to waive the amount, which they later denied through mail. Airtel is cheating customers by renewal through AUTOMODE. such activities should be completely banned and service providers should be penalized. regards

Refund of rs 899/ and an apology letter for the service provider. mental harassment caused due to pre litigation notices and several phone calls for recovery have no compensation, but automode renewal must be banned.
