My mob.no. 9993136310. This morning before surfing on net. I requested Online Recharge of 125/. 1 Gb data in 2G. I rcd msg Sorry You are already active for GPRS. PLS ACTIVATE THE SAME POST EXPIRY. I did this as I had a data of 47mb and other slot was 00. But when I check after Surfing my Balance was Zero. And Net balance 24.70Mb. How its possible without recharge balance become zero. While I had Balance of more then 223. Pls check your system and refund the money.

service center employee behavior complain
dear sir your service center in patna aditiya enterprises frezor road patna employee behavior is not acceptable you deputed manner less persons.why should i telling you sir my mobile charger is damage than i have to submitted service center on 14/03/2014 but right the today date is 28/03/2014 no replaced my mobile charger my mobile has been switched off till date. i have to face lots of problem kindly request please give me a charger hurry and suggest your employee politely behave with customer other than replace you staff .
