Though i have Rs. 125 Airtel Internet pack, my money is getting deducted from main balance. This has been happening for 3 months now, and the matter is not getting corrected.There is some problem with the airtel packs. With my Rs.41 , 35 paisa STD pack as well 2 times i have noticed that my money got deducted as per 1.5 rs/min. Don’t know why this problem is coming but i have lost a lot of my balance because of it.

Urgent action needs to be taken so that the problem does not reoccur, and consumers are not harassed by Airtel’s Billing system.
