I’m from allahabad using airtel no. 99563456XX from last week i suffer from indoor network problem. For this i called on your customer care no. 198 and told my problem so many times but all time he said no problem in network. Actually my problem is when i’m at home my voice is not clear to caller nut in outdoor my voice is clear there is no problem. I told this problem to your service center but not do anything, they said problem in handset but same problem occurs in all airtel no. of surrounding area of mine. So, will you please solve my problem, otherwise i change my no in another network. Same problem occurred in this area before 3 months and i complained in customer care and problem was solved but this time nobody listen to solve my problem. Please check it otherwise i’m going to ported my no. thanks.
