I purchased an airtel prepaid sim from Hyderabad last saturday ie. 17.8.2013. The details are given below:

It’s been a week since I bought this sim, and till today it has not been activated. Repeated calls to the CC no. proved futile. They asked us to go back to the vendor from whom we bought the sim, and after a week of repeated calls today we were informed that the vendor has not submitted the paper to airtel. Today, we went to his shop and he said that the papers have been submitted and asked us to switch of the mobile and switch it on, so that we get the signal and we can call the no. 59059 to activate the sim. Till now, we have not got the signal to activate the sim.

Can you kindly check on the above no. and see that it gets activated soon.
