I have been raising the complaint with AIRTEL Customer care executives regarding the poor neteork at my office premises and complete non-coverage of network at my residence from February 2014. It is also evident that AIRTEL techincal survey executives have visited both the premises and confirmed the existence of the network issue, but still AIRTEL backend team denies such poor service inspite of providing prrofs of poor networks screenshots from my phone. When I raised the same with Apellete authority, I was shocked receive responses like – “Topography of the buling, climatic conditions, handset used, etc.” when I further questioned them on the same and gave them evidence of poor network by taking screenshots from my phone at different time of the day and told them that Im using an “Iphone” I stopped receiing responses from them completely. Further, what annoys me is the fact that the service tickets are being closed without my consent.On contacting the Apellete authority by Phone, I was given false assurances that AIRTEL will raise a cell tower in these areas within 90 days and they even have the audacity to provide me with dates of such activity, but nothing has improved till date and no further comments from AIRTEL regarding those dates.
1. Refund all my bill paid from Feb 2014 2. Pay damages for all the event for which I wan unreachable 3. Damages for causing such trouble and inconvenience.
