I have taken a mobile potability service from airtel agent (COMPETENT SERVICES, B-237,NEHRU GROUNT,NIT FARIDABAD-121001,MOB-9971894843) On dated-28.10.2013 but till now I have not response regards this service & above said agent not picking our phone regarding same. Please help to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Complaint of recharge failure but amount not refunded
I have to inform you that i recharge my mobile no: 9434463354 on 11/12/2013 online through INB but recharge failed. Till now the amount not returned to my sbi staff a/c 32345711142. Please verify the matter and solve the problem. thanking you, sangram dutta
