I have submitted my request to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. I have submitted the my request on 2.11.2013 with all doc and photos to Airtel Outlet Chowrangee branch opposite of Park hotel. My postpaid sim is not working as per customer care told me that this is deactivated but for activation of prepaid no the doc is not submitted by Airtel Outlet. Why this happened ? I have the only no and 3 days is over , when my no will get activate , Please help me and follow up with this Airtel Office.
