On 02/04/13 I recharged Mob.No. 9971288067 through airtel.in by using net banking. My Bank a/c was debited twice by Rs.200/- but Mob.got only one recharge. On 2nd April 13 itself I informed my Bank as well as Airtel and both of them informed me that after one week either my bank a/c will be credited by Rs.200/- or Mob.will get recharge by Rs.200/-. Now more than 2 months have passed I have not received Rs.200/- though I am daily spending 2 to 3 hours in follow up. I am getting unnecessary tension and daily wasting my time & energy.

Though amount is only Rs.200/- but the anxiety & tension Airtel has given to me, I feel they should be penalised minimum Rs.20,000/-.

Rs.200/- recharge but airtel must be penalised for not attending my complain & not recharging the mobile inspite of my regular followup.
