hello my prepaid mbl no. is 09829066990 airtel rajsthan i had gprs pack 98 rs for 30 days on my number. as 30 days completes company has re-newed my gprs 98 pack as company deducated 98 rs. frm my main balance. as i didnt need to re-new this pack. when i called cousmer care. company told that it is not our duty to remind u abt 30 days completed. IT IS ur duty to rember date when ur gprs pack will end and will renew .. is it correct way ???? company should have to informe me 1 or 2 days earlier that u r gprs pack will end n will renew in … hrs. at least company should SMS me to remind this.. pls check the pblm n take neceesay step .. pradeep kumar . renewsd pack on 8-12-11 airtel gprs pack 98 rs.
