Airtel Mobile Recharge Done Twice – No Balance Visible

My Mobile no. 9949474664. I have recharged two time with Rs. 500 (on 18 Jan 2014) and Rs. 200 (21 Jan 2014). still my balance became zero. i am frustrated to call 121 but there is response or not a way to talk executive. i have recharged again Rs. 222 (on 24 Jan 2014). but there is no positive response from call center when i called 98494098490. It is worst experience in last 7 yrs. i am using same subscriber.

New SIM Not Activated
Hello I have taken new Airtel SIM 95609550XX around 1 week back but it has not yet been activated. Can you please guide whom should I contact for its activation? I was told that it will be activated in 4 days. Please reply as soon as possible to my e-mail id.
