Xolo help me otherwise consumer forum will help

I had submitted my xolo A500L handset on 14 dec 2013 . Its 12 jan 2014 today . My handset only having some software problem. You already know its almost 1 month and your xolo centre doesn’t even know in which state my hanset is. Sir please help me otherwise i have to go to consumer forum . My hadset imei is . 911343900009384. Your help will be appriciated

My Xolo A500s is unable to activate xolo power. It is displaying that xolo power is currently not supported by your phone. I even updated xolo power but then also it don’t start. What to do ? Reply ASAP.
