Dear Sir,

I regret to write that on 22.9.09 night my balance prepaid refilling shown was Rs.83/- but when I saw the balance Rs. 50/- on the morning of 23.9.09 I was rather very much surprised to see how it could happen when I have not made any telephone calls to anyone. How Rs. 33/- was automatically deducted from my refilled of Rs. 83/-
(shortfall calls of Rs. 33/-). I request Airtel and other authorities to see how this has taken place when I had not made any telephone calls to anyone. Airtel has now
started resorting to wrong business practices which is totally uncalled for and unjustified.

I request Rs. 33/- in my prepaid refilling scheme Rs. 33/- which has been
unauhorisedly deduced may be added immediately under intimation to me.

Hope Service Provider will take immediate action and give better services
in the times of highly competitive market scenerio.
