Dear sir/Madam, I have took a new sim connection of Airtel in Andhra Pradesh with no:8374701788 and SIM No:89914901040681451805. on 19.01.2013 but till now it is not activated, when ever i am trying call your customer care they are asking me to call 59090(toll free no) for address verification. but when i am calling in to that no “it is stating that no outgoing facility is provided to this no”. Hello, I bought a corporate sim on 30th of dec, 2013 and its been more than a week; I got 2 verification calls and the person said that my sim will get activated within a day or two and till now I didnt get any information regarding the sim activation. Could you please tell me what’s the current status and why is it taking so much of time?
