I have been a consumer of Indane Gas for the last 20 years (consumer no: 05611) without facing any issues. Recently my distributor got changed from M/s Baghajatin Gas service to M/s Patuli Indane Gas service and problems started creeping in. Following are the sequence of events that occurred: 25/12/13 – gas cylinder booked automatically and confirmed via SMS (ref no: 213746) 26/12/13 – cash memo generated and informed via SMS 29/12/13 – verbal complaint registered with the distributor 30/12/13 – booking cancelled 31/12/13 – gas cylinder again booked with same ref no 3/1/14 – cylinder delivery message sent via SMS but cylinder not received Post this several verbal complaint has been made with the distributor but to no avail. The authorities at the distributor center only talks of looking into the matter and never respond to telephone calls.

The errant official should punished and transparent supply of gas should be restored.
