Dear Customer Care My simcard no 8991450002015587461H2-WD also my mobile no 9902862611. My last date to use this sim card was on date 6 May 2012 because as i my working in Saudi Arab it was unused. As i will be coming to india in 1st week of Sept 2013. When i insert sim card its showing sim card not registered and not taking local network of SAWA of Saudi Arab as it was taking initially. As soon i get i down at international airport in India i need to contact my family members. So please activate this simcard if its deactived because of unused for long duration. I submit my complaint this morning related with mobile number 9902862611 its deactivated not getting registered with local network of saudi arabia as i send detail in morning mail.Till now no reply otherwise i have to stop using this airtel service sim card. For customer satisfaction at least reply.
