I am very upset with service provided by the Olympia Honda Chennai and the CAR too. My brio is having big time issues with 1st and 2nd gear (3rd, 4th and 5th are fine), whereas it is getting stuck every time u put those gears. The gear getting stuck is so obvious and dangerous that I narrowly missed an accident when I couldn’t put my car in 1st gear as it got stuck in the middle of the highway. I am furious and upset and have decided to take this thing through to the end whatever be the means. I have sent the Brio FIVE TIMES to the Olympia Honda for a SIX MONTH OLD CAR, Chennai service centre with no results. Every time they will just oil it and send it back even after telling them it is getting very hard to drive the car. I also waited now three months which they told to wait for gears to get smooth. Again NO result. One of the worst decisions of my life; should have chosen more trusted Hyundai i20 (already own i10) or Maruthi Swift. Robin 8754404800
