I ankita surana having no. 97483655XX, would like to inform you that whenever i go out of west bengal i m not able to make any calls. Not even to customer care. I went out of station on 26 april and came back on 5th may, during such duration i could not make any calls. It was highly embarrassing and problematic. I had sufficient balance in my phone. Kindly look in this matter as soon as possible

Airtel SMS Limit
If TRAI has increased the sms limit to 200 than why airtel still give us only 100 sms per day ? How or when we can send to 200 sms a day ? Airtel Customer care please look into the issue ASAP.
