sir, my mobile no is 99443581XX.Before few months i have added one number(9600253XX8) on special 5 when i was trying to remove that ,the supporting no(14161) came as that no does not exist past few months i have called nearly 10 times for this prob , all are just giving commitments we will resolve in half an hour,one hr, 4 hour etc.But my problem hasn’t solve yet.what is the solution for this.If they cannot process this problem means why should they give commitment. It has created a bad opinion about the airtel customer service.Try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Improper Net Pack
This morning I have recharged my mobile with 127 net pack, which as per the site shows 1GB for 4 weeks. After recharging it reflected only 650 MB for 2 weeks. If at all your changing the plans why don’t you update the site?Thereby fooling your customers
