Airtel has been trying to popularize its airtel money service by offering value added benefits for making payments through airtel money. These include 5% cash back offer on airtel mobile bill payments and DTH (cable TV) recharges. However, this is only marketed on paper. For the last six months I have not been receiving 5% cash back on both postpaid mobile (no. 9810032852) or my DTH account (3006602886) or recharge of wife’s mobile no. 9871612231. I have requested the company time and again to look into the matter and credit the 5% cashback in my accounts for the last 6 months. However, they have not bothered to even reply. This is like cheating customers to use a service by promising things which only exist on paper. Please take up the matter with the company and advise them to refund 5% on each of mobile bill/ DTH recharge since October 2012.

I demand Refund of 5% on each of mobile bill/ DTH recharge since October 2012.
