Dear I want to change my Service Provider(Airtel to Idea). for that i submit all necessary documents as per rules to Idea Care on 8 Jan 2014. but still my Portability request is not done. when i communicate to airtel than before 22 jan 2013 they said you have to wait till 22 jan 2014 and after 22 jan 2014 they said your UPC code is expired. but i want to know that if i done all process immediately after getting UPC Code than how code is expire. Finally i want to know in this matter where is mistake? from Idea side or Airtel side? and where my Provider will be change?

I already submit documents, i already give my time to do portability. so i want complete this work without submitting documents again and without going anywhere.
