I have recharged my mobile with no 94065637XX(bsnl) for 10 Rs on 27th of feb 2014 from paytm recharge.I didn’t get money but cash is deducted from my account. The operator reference # is 549726963.

My account balance is debiting by rs 3 per day regularly, i contacted with customer care representative, they told me that sms has been sent to 54999818 but the truth is that i did not sent the sms to the above number, it has been debited automatically so, please stop this and i want my balance back regarding the above mentioned number.
