For the last two days I have been trying to pay my Airtel Landline and Mobile Bill and it has become a Herculean Task. Airtel MyBill Payment is poorly designed bandwidth intensive website even while using the underlying airtel Broadband Network. After pain taking process to get logged in, whenever I try to pay the bill I am getting the following error message,
Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /true
Calling Customer Care is completely useless as without even verifying she tells “Everything is just working fine sir”. What a Stupid & Dumb B***h.
Airtel Executives must take note of this as it they are completely failing in making consumer experience a happy experience and that too in Bill Pay is such a simple task but frustrates the hell out of me.
