I have bought a “TABLET PC” of “MICROMAX” model- Micromax Funbook Talk P350, my Order Number was 254920 dated 21.10.2012, through an online shopping website named as “www.saholic.com. In this tablet only a particular model of TATA PHOTON dongle is compatible for net surfing. TATA PHOTON has stopped its service from 16th of January 2013 in Assam due to a SUPREME COURT verdict dated February 2012. My complain is that if Micromax & TATA PHOTON were aware of this court verdict which is very obvious, then why did they sold this particular model of Micromax Tablet to a consumer from ASSAM who is not aware of this court verdict due to non accessibility of such information. Now as has been requested they should have replaced this particular tablet model with some other model of Micromax tablet in which other companies’ dongle (excluding Tata Photon) is compatible.
