Airtel Net Pack Recharge Not Correct

I am Ashish Kanase using airtel mobile since 6 years. The day before yesterday, i have recharged my airtel number with 25 rs Net pack. At that time i got msg from airtel that ur net pack has been successfully activated.

But today i have nothing in my net pack balance. If u are saying that the usage is too much then i already like to told you that i have never used net pack as that much.

Also i would like to tell you that your call center executives is not a good listeners ans rude in nature because they don’t even listen the query , when i told them to transfer the call to manager after that they told me that they are transferring the call to manager but they ended the call.

Please take necessary action. I am waiting for your kind support.
