There are ZERO network signals of Airtel indoor since August 2015 at the address mention above (My residence address). I have made so many complaints to customer care, Applet team by calls emails. But no solution till date. Every time they say that “there is new site planned & it’ll take 3 months”. But nothing done. Only one person from their Network team visited the place and found ZERO signal and reported back to Airtel. Even last month when I asked them to provide some booster etc, they asked me to provide 10-15 Airtel mobile connection belong to nearby my area. I provided more 30 than mobile connections to them (even more people are suffering with same issue) but they asked me to provide POSTPAID connection only. They are just making us fool.
When I am at home I am disconnected to outer world. There are ZERO signal in my mobile phone. I can’t receive or make any call. Internet is also disconnected due the same. I missed so many important official calls, personal information were not received on time.
